The wind was cold and the temperature dropped steeply. However, the compound of Xinduo Group was filled with people, and the warmth of love was very touching: under the guidance of the staff of the Group's Party Committee and General Manager's Office, employees from all departments of the Group flocked to the blood collection vehicle of the Yongkang Blood Donation Center in batches at the Group's head office and branch plants, and registered, examined and donated blood in an orderly manner. In order to practice the good deed of "I donate blood, I help others, I am happy", they performed the selfless love of Xinduo employees who actively participated in blood donation.

In order to better organize and carry out this blood donation activity, the first step was to organize it carefully and make thorough arrangements. At the same time, Hu Heping, secretary of the Party Committee, and Huang Jianxun, director of the General Manager's Office, went to the workshops to promote the campaign, agreed on the specific organization and implementation plan, and arranged a person to be responsible for the communication and coordination with the Blood Donation Office. Each department, workshop and team was asked to organize their staff to learn about blood donation, guide them to donate blood voluntarily, and create a good atmosphere for active participation in blood donation; furthermore, the party members took the lead, calling on all party members and management cadres at director level or above to take the lead and participate, driving employees in their departments and workshops to actively and enthusiastically register and voluntarily participate in blood donation.

Due to the thorough initiation, propaganda and thorough arrangement, the blood donation activity was effective. In just one day, more than 200 employees from the head office and branch plants participated in the blood donation physical examination, and a total of 20,000 ml of blood was donated. It made a positive contribution to promoting the development of the cause of love, inheriting the spirit of humanitarian aid, and promoting human health and harmony.
